About Jeanne
Jeanne Moir-Payne has been a real estate broker since 2000 and is an expert in residential, investment, acreage and land real estate. A resident of Bend for nearly 30 years, she has a comprehensive and experienced understanding of all that Central Oregon has to offer. Jeanne holds a GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) designation, a credential held by only 4% of real estate brokers.
Before her career in real estate, Jeanne owned and operated two successful service industry-related businesses. Her ability to identify client needs and deliver outstanding customer service in her personal businesses have translated well to her real estate endeavors. In addition, she was general contractor on the construction of her personal residence, giving her hands-on experience with the local building, zoning, and permitting processes.
Jeanne believes experience and understanding current real estate data is critical to establishing value and moving toward successful negotiations. She focuses on researching zoning and building history to insure buyers know what they are purchasing and to assist sellers in getting the full value for their property.
Jeanne and her husband Bryan are enthusiastic participants in the Central Oregon outdoor lifestyle, enjoying adventure motorcycle riding, camping, hiking and Bend’s world-famous craft beer culture.
